Xilon azienda bagno funzionale

Xilon, since 1997 the functional bathroom 100% Made in Italy

We say it with a certain pride and without fear: at Xilon, we are truly unique. As pioneers of functional design, we have always produced innovative and visionary creations. We take our inspiration from the laundries of yesteryear to ‘hide’ all the practicality within an iconic and contemporary bathroom design, perhaps even to show off, where solidity and beauty meet everyday needs. The Xilon design is a trademark of unmistakable style, also winner of the German Design Award 2020, thanks to the Ghost washbasin – the world’s first ceramic washbasin with a removable double bottom.

We specialise in the design and manufacture of bathroom and laundry furniture, with extra deep washbasins in Italian ceramic or ocritech. Experience and a desire to ‘change the world’ make each of our collections practical and harmonious, ideal for a functional, modern bathroom environment and a dynamic lifestyle. Our philosophy? Zero compromise: with Xilon bathroom and laundry room must be beautiful, ergonomic, durable and ecological.

In fact, many of our products are made from sustainable recycled or recyclable materials, mainly from an Italian supply chain and with a circular approach. The ecological lacquering of our panels also goes hand in hand with the exclusive use of renewable energy.

Our long history starts
from afar

To do something great,
sometimes you have to do many
small things.

100% Italian supply chain from selected suppliers
ios-git-network

A Xilon bath is one hundred per cent Italian. From the raw material to the semi-finished products, our supply chain is completely Italian and consists only of qualified and ethically responsible suppliers.
For example, we use panel suppliers who already guarantee us a formaldehyde emission lower than the limits of the current regulations and will soon eliminate its presence.

An unbreakable bond with our territory
heart

In selecting our suppliers we pay special attention to the area where we live and work: Civita Castellana (Viterbo). A well-known ceramics district, here we know that we can count on the right skills to obtain products of the highest level. But that’s not all: we like the idea of being able to contribute in a concrete way to the economy and well-being of our area.

Tests and controls

Our ceramics are UNI EN 14688 certified. Independent external laboratories regularly measure its static load, cleanability and durability, so that we can always guarantee a high quality product that is safe, resistant to acids, stains, abrasion and easily sanitised.

Innovation, well-being and philanthropy
hand-holding-heart

We have invested heavily in the Industry 4.0 concept and we have the latest, state-of-the-art machinery to improve product and work quality. We employ 10 people and do it with a human approach. We also donate a sum each year to AIRC to support research against cancer affecting children.

Reducing environmental impact
recycle-fill

We use certified eco-friendly materials and adopt procedures that minimise emissions. For lacquered products, for example, we use a nitrogen painting method, which drastically reduces overspray and lowers emissions into the atmosphere. The electricity used by Xilon is 100% certified total green, as it is produced exclusively from renewable sources. Furthermore, for transport we use carriers whose fleets are periodically updated in order to comply with the increasingly stringent anti-pollution regulations.
